Anita Barone

Barone was a part of The Shoes, an episode in Seinfeld's fourth season. She played Gail Cunningham, a chef that wanted Elaine Benes' shoes. The early 90s saw Barone was a regular on Carol & Company as a co-star alongside Carol Burnett. Barone was the actress's former wife in her first Friends performance. Jane Sibbett replaced her after she resigned to start full-time work. She was in The Jeff Foxworthy Show in the first season (from 1995 to 1996) Then she appeared in The War at Home from 2005 and the year 2007. Barone also appeared in Daddio the sitcom which aired in 2000. Her other TV credits include Desperate Housewives Curb Your Enthusiasm Quantum Leap Empty Nest Chicago Hope Castle Do Not Disturb Ally McBeal Caroline in the City Party of Five and The Larry Sanders Show. Barone earned an award for the Best Supporting Actress Award from Methodfest 2005 for the role she played in One Last Ride. Three years later, since The War at Home ended the film's run, Barone started her role as a recurring character in the Disney Channel sitcom Shake It Up as Officer Georgia Jones the mother of Bella Thorne's character CeCe Jones. Matthew Glave, Barone's husband and actor Matthew Glave, guest starred in the role of J.J. Jones in two episodes.
