Noureen DeWulf was born on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. She has always shown great interest in becoming an actress. When she studied at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for the career she would pursue. The career of Noureen began shortly when she finished her degree. Her first auditions were for roles in various films. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story debuted at Sundance Film Festival in 2005 and was screened across all over the world. The film won the Oscar in 2007 for Best Live Action Short Film which set the tone for Noureen deWulf to achieve future success.
