Noureen deWulf is a New Yorker born in February 1984. The actress has always expressed an desire to become an actor. As she attended the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began building the foundations for her future profession. After graduation Noureen started to audition for different roles. She was offered a prominent part in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened at other film festivals all across the globe following its premiere at Sundance Film Festival 2005.
