Elektra was married to Wolverine in Wolverine's MC2 Universe, a future alternative that is primarily focused on the offspring of Marvel's superheroes currently. The limits of her psychic abilities are not clear. Elektra might be restricted by distance, if she's in contact or people with minds that are able to be convinced.
